Your happiness is why we do what we do! If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry for any reason, send it back to us within 30 days after delivery and receive a full refund*
We also offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty covers manufacturing defects not including damage caused by:
- lack of care
- excessive wear
During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by Koemi Studio to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product. Return postage and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Koemi Studio will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced

Exclusions and Limitations
This Lifetime Warranty applies only to gold plated jewelry from Koemi Studio. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by
- accident
- abuse
- misuse
- misapplication
- misplacement
Do not expose your Koemi Studio products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to
- liquid silver polish
- pools
- hot tubs
- salt water
- spas
